  The food is good but the staff is extremely unfriendly and not personable, and the restaurant is a dump. If you weren't from the area you would have no idea to seat yourself, and it takes 10 minutes just to get a waitress to come to your table, even though the place is always empty and they just stand around gossiping with eachother. When you do finally get a waitress they take your drink order before giving you a menu or offering their selection. And once you do get your food they never check back up on you, bring you your ticket, or let you know you have to go to the counter to check out. The few times we ordered food to go they messed up every single order. And although the food is decent, it's over priced for fried/bar style food. I truly believe the only reason they are still in business is because it's a small town and the only alternatives are subway or caseys pizza. Plus it's a regular hang out for the retired to drink coffee. If the owner were smart they would sink a bit of money into it with a fresh coat of paint and some new tables, or at a minimum hire some friendly staff that don't complain about how much they hate their jobs.
